Site Location Monitoring-

This technique locates exclosures or the best representative sites for detailed high cost ground monitoring location for trend analysis. The figure below shows the location of 3 exclosures that are on the same soil, with the same pretreatment vegetation and at the same level of utilization. The exclosures are big enough that satellite information can be taken and correlated to ground monitoring data from inside and outside of the exclosures which can be extrapolated throughout the landscape.
