Our vision is to help “save the world” by providing relevant land condition information so that experienced land managers can plan, do and learn. Relevant information is accurate, precise, on multiple spatial and temporal scales. Its timely, cost effective and readily useable. The process has been published in peer review scientific journal and patented. Our information allows managers to know what’s changed, where, when and by how much. Our technologies and tools are unique and exceptional in providing actionable easy to use information to those that can steward land health. 

OUR EXPERIENCE

Over the past 25 years, we have mapped more than 60 million acres across the American West for public agencies, private landowners, and conservation organizations—supporting applications like evaluating rangelands, riparian assessments and wildlife habitat conditions, soil carbon sequestration and watershed function, weed and tree encroachment, and assessing grazing management. We validate our results using standard scientific methods, withholding 10–15% of sample points for independent accuracy testing. Most importantly, our clients consistently tell us the maps “look right” on the ground—because they align with real-world conditions and management experience.
